Mr. Yogesh Kumar is a seasoned civil servant from the 1980 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (Uttar Pradesh Cadre), with an illustrious career spanning over three decades in leadership roles across government, development, and public administration. Over the course of his distinguished service, Mr. Kumar has held key district leadership roles as District Magistrate and Collector of Agra, Saharanpur, and Etah, where he was entrusted with driving governance at scale, spearheading developmental programs, and ensuring responsive administration for millions of citizens for their welfare. His tenure as District Magistrate was marked by a reputation for integrity, decisive leadership, and a people-first orientation. At the state level, he went on to serve as Principal Secretary  across a wide range of critical departments including: Health & Medical Education – advancing healthcare delivery and medical training infrastructure. Revenue – strengthening land and fiscal administration frameworks. Fisheries – promoting livelihood opportunities and resource sustainability. Animal Husbandry - Promoting milk production and eggs and other related programs for rural upliftment. He also served as Managing Director in PCF (Pradeshiya Cooperative Federation) – supporting cooperative development for farmers and rural communities. Leather Corporations – enabling industry growth while balancing labor welfare and economic contribution.
