People’s Kafe was born out of a moment of reflection—a pause in a high-growth, high-impact career in global talent consulting. Our founder, Priyanka Kumar, envisioned a human-first consulting firm rooted in empathy, curiosity, and co-creation. Why ‘Kafe’?
