Pallavi Srivastava is a Professor (HR&OB) and Dean (International Relations) overseeing international collaborations for the four campuses of Jaipuria Institute of Management, India. She has earned her Doctorate from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India, specializing in HRM. Her doctoral research is in the area of employer branding. With a work experience of more than twenty years in management teaching, research, and industry, she bears a consistently good academic and service record with multidisciplinary exposure. Besides teaching Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, she currently offers electives on Strategic HRM, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development and HR Analytics. She also offers courses on ‘Talent Management- Advances in Research’ and ‘Strategic Interface of Human Resources with Technology’ to doctoral level students. She is an avid researcher resulting in several research publications/ presentations in various national and international peer-reviewed journals of repute. She has presented at the Academy of Management Conference, Boston, USA, ItAIS, Piacenza, Italy and ANZAM Conference, Cairns, Australia. She has also published six teaching cases- on Meesho, Infosys, Tata Nano, Motorola India- Mobile Devices Business, Sona Koyo Steering Systems Limited, and Sula Wines. Pallavi is a certified trainer in DiSC Profiling by Wiley. She has trained government officers, bankers, corporate executives, and academicians in various development programmes. Her corporate training interests include change management and organizational transformation, train the trainer, interpersonal effectiveness, team building, leadership, people management strategies for competitive advantage, employee engagement and understanding self.
